We handcrafted the steaks to order by our experienced butcher. Every our steak is pack individually in frozen, vacuum sealed bag.
STRYOFOAM
All of our packages are shipped frozen in a heavy duty styrofoam cooler with around 5 to 10 pounds of dry ice / ice pack.

Standard Delivery is normally 2 - 3 business days in transit. We do not ship your product overlapping a weekend due to the perishable nature of our packages
Tips
Your shipment should be frozen upon arrival. However, in the event that it is not frozen, quality will be maintained as long as the product is cool to the touch.
